Corruption

Country modifier

Raises or lowers a country's effective Corruption, a 0–100% stat, on top of the level it has drifted to. Every source is added together and the total is applied straight onto the stored stat while the source lasts. Higher corruption cuts tax efficiency point for point, erodes government support, lowers the morale your brigades can recover to and makes them lose men to desertion, so negative values are what you want.
