Economic Output

Adjusts how much of its productive potential a province actually turns into GDP. Economic Output is 100% plus the sum of its modifiers, never below zero, and GDP per capita is productivity times that figure. Unrest, devastation, war exhaustion and blockades all lower it; because it affects GDP immediately, the loss vanishes as soon as the cause ends.
