Gender Equality
Country modifier
Raises or lowers the country's gender equality level, a 0–100% input to its demographic model, relative to the scenario baseline. It follows mainly from the Women's Rights law. Higher equality, with more women in education and work, gradually stabilizes birth rates, so it tends to slow population growth as part of the demographic transition.
