Legitimacy (Monthly)
Country modifier
Added once a month to a country's stored Legitimacy, a 0–100% stat, summed from every source. Positive values let a government earn acceptance over time; negative ones steadily undermine it. The effect compounds month by month for as long as the source lasts.
