Morale Recovery Speed

Scales the daily rate at which resting brigades regain morale. Country-wide and per-unit-type sources are summed and applied as a multiplier, and corruption slows recovery further. Faster recovery gets battered units back into the line sooner, up to the cap set by Readiness.
