Political Capital Gain

Country modifier

Scales a country's daily political capital income. The income from its supporting factions is capped, and this modifier is applied as a multiplier on top: all sources are summed and the gain is multiplied by one plus the total. More political capital means more reforms and faction actions you can afford.
